Eco movers failed to do their due diligence in getting together the information to give us a better quote. They quoted me a figure which we thought was fair, we asked for packing, moving and storage (2 weeks) service. Upon arrival there were 3 people and they noted they should have more, they also failed to have the adequate and necessary amount of boxes and packing materials, so they had to call corporate to get more delivered.

Zero STARS ! DO NOT USE! Moved from WA to NC. The movers misplaced a key item needed to put together the bed. The movers left without setting it up or providing a path forward. We reached out to the POC and they were just concerned about payment. Moving company expects you to pay to mail them back their air tag (tracking system). Our box sprain was damaged we were not notified. They take your money and out source the work. The driver did not work for the company we hired. Do not recommend interstate.

TLDR: 2 days before moving received excellent, up-front pricing. Papani & Tyler are rock stars. Nothing broken or damaged. Highly recommend. I called the Wednesday before my Friday move, I know I know. It was the best last-minute decision I've made. I called 3 places total and Eco not only gave me the best price, but it was upfront pricing. Mr. Dean was able to send me an estimate quickly. They offer video estimates, who knew?!

Eco Movers was wonderful. Communication was excellent from beginning to end (thanks Jose Garcia for helping me get everything booked), everything was handled very professionally and the crew was great! The crew who completed my move were Carlos Lozano, Gustavo Atilano, and Luis Zumba. They handled my belongings with care. They were very pleasant to work with and extremely helpful. They didn't even complain about all the stairs!

Hired Eco Movers to move us out of our condo and into a storage unit and could not have been happier with how it went. From the time they showed up in the morning to finishing up in the afternoon, the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. The three guys who handled the move were professional, easy to work with, and just genuinely good people. Will absolutely be using them again and recommending them to anyone who needs a mover.
