If your company’s goal is to be the loudest, most inconsiderate neighbor imaginable — congratulations, you’ve nailed it. Every single night, like clockwork after 11 PM, your trucks start blaring, banging, and rattling like there’s a demolition derby going on outside. It’s summer — we can’t close our windows without roasting, but leaving them open means listening to your nightly noise parade.

My husband and I had to move quickly in December because our living situation became unsafe. With only a week to find a new rental home, pack, and move in, we chose Hansen Brothers because they had great reviews for their customer service. But our move didn't go well at all. The cost of packing was 50% higher than estimated, and once all said and done our move cost $1500 more than estimated. The movers seemed inexperienced, especially compared to our successful past experiences locally with Seattle Movers.
We chose Hansen Bros for our storage & move because of all the good reviews and despite higher cost. We expected a flawless experience, but ours was a disaster filled with a lot of unnecessary stress and anxiety, and only barely made it on time. If the move experience was not bad enough, customer service is rock bottom.

The packers at our home in Newcastle, Hansen Bros. employees were great. They worked until 10:00pm the last night to get everything in a container. We were told it had to go by rail because they had no truck driver to take it across country to Florida. Now the nightmare begins. We were told our belongings would arrive between April 28 to May 3, they took the container away on April 22. It is now May 10th and still nothing. No one from Hansen Bros bothered to call and tell me anything.
Attempted to get clear explanations on a certain issue and representative was short and rude. Was transfered to the manager whom was equally non responsive and rude due to trying to get some intel on the issue at hand. Proceeded to tell me i was arguing when all i wanted was an explanation of their services.

Fantastic experience with Hansen Brothers! We are moving to Spain in a few days, and needed to load out quite a bit of furniture, memory boxes, heirloom china plates/dishes. Estaban and Key showed up promptly and friendly. We had worked with Nicole ahead of time to get an estimate, who also was fantastic. What was surprising is the care they took for every item.

Our company used Hansen Bros for our move and they were so great! Mike came in and provided us precise instructions for labeling and prepping the materials/furniture for packing. Then when the guys showed up, they were efficient, polite, professional and fast! All of them were spectacular! Josh, Simeon & Brian especially stood out. Really adept communicators. They made this stressful time much easier than anticipated and I highly recommend them!

We just completed a move with Hansen/Allied, from Newcastle, WA to Mesa,AZ. The quote was less than we expected ( we did the packing ourselves). All the reps/drivers/movers were professional and great to work with. Happy to say things went smoothly & no surprises. Would happily recommend Hansen Bros.
