Great if you want your entire neighbourhood to hate you. They’ll block driveways that don’t belong to the tenants and then refuse to move so you can’t get your car out. Super entitled and rude, choose someone else who won’t make you hated in your community. The photo is of their truck blocking a shared driveway for over 6 hours, refused to move it when asked so cars can get out.
Just called and they don't even accept calls that the name is private. My number shows up, but why are you so interested in my name? I was going to get a few trucks to move my stuff but I guess I'm not gonna go out my way to give them my business. I suggest you pick up all phone calls ;)

The pricing was fair and they were punctual. I had what seemed initially like a simple move, but ended up more complicated, as different pieces were moving from house to house. I did label what needed to go where, but it was not an easy task and they were certainly frustrated. I had two movers come to help. One was very experienced and knowledgeable. The other one was newer and needed some guidance.

I was referred to Smoother Movers by my realtor when downsizing from a house to a condo. I appreciated the care they took with my belongings — using blankets and shrink wrap to protect my furniture gave me peace of mind, especially since everything was being put into storage. Due to unexpected renovation delays, I had to reschedule my move-in date three times. Doug and Linda were very accommodating throughout the entire process.
