1 Star – Poor Communication and Possible Noncompliance With Minnesota Law My in-laws received a “Notice of Denial of Access” letter that was postmarked December 20, demanding payment by December 30 and threatening a lockout, denial of access, and additional fees. This is despite the fact that their storage unit is set up for automatic payments directly withdrawn from their checking account. If there was a payment processing issue, it was never communicated prior to this notice.

Terrible customer service. After ending my lease and giving written 2 week notice via email with forwarding address for deposit return, a month passed with no deposit return, I called and was told they had an issue with multiple people not receiving theirs, that it was the post offices fault, and to wait a few more weeks, so I waited another month, then called again to be told by sarah that she never got my email with new address, and tried to imply I must not have sent it, yet when i offered to resend it she…

Just when you think that your possessions and the items you have been saving. Having 3 children and 2 grand babies, I am the keeper of important baby items. Of course something goes wrong. A random drunk decided to kick my units door in so bad. Bent the track and bent the door in multiple spots. He threatened me. His dogs (pit bull and german shepard)were chasing my puppy(chihuahua).

Very unprofessional. Haven’t been able to get to my unit because of snow. I’ve called 4 times to see if they’re going to plow and they always just say, “tomorrow”. It’s been over a week since I made the first call. Too cheap to hire a local plow to go over and do it. I’ve lost hundreds of dollars paying for extra rent on my old house and have a car full of stuff with nowhere to put it.

DO NOT GO HERE! I have been using the service for 5 years and everytime I call in Sarah the receptionist is a living nightmare and a vile human being. She has the maturity of a 12 year old and is incapable of listening (not great qualities of a someone in a customer service position) It's better to go somewhere else to avoid interacting with this disgustingly disrespectful service.

Sure want thier rent on time i actually left the unit in better shape than it was when i got it, its been over 15 days and still have not got the security deposit back, it has now been almost 2 months, they wont return messages,

It's going on three weeks and I still haven't received my deposit from these ppl. I should be able to go into the office and pick it up, the same way I put it in their hands to pay for my unit

Almost everything I own is covered in Mold thousands of dollars in books and furniture. They’re horrible. They are the cheapest but you get what you pay for.
