I'm sorry i need to change my review. I have contacted the company regarding damage upon the delivery which they reimbursed me around $275. For damages thank you But, after everything was unpacked we found a lot of damage to most of our stuff chips, gouging to must of the furniture and all the picture frames damaged with dings i contacting them and was told the insurance i paid for does not cover pictures or mirrors which it is in the contract.
We are disappointed to see this revised review, as it contains multiple statements that are not accurate and does not reflect how this matter was handled. … More

In their own words
Nick and Carson were amazing movers. They wrapped all the furniture and the door frames. When unloading, they put the items in their designated rooms. They worked quickly and carefully. The people in the office were professional and personable. I would definitely recommend them!
Electric City was perfect from beginning to end. They were on time, worked effectively on a hot day in South Carolina. We got the move done in two hours like i had hoped. The payment process with efficient and without paper. Support the local businessman and hire Electric City Movers!
I had a very pleasant experience with scheduling, communicating, and handling the move of my mother's belongings from her 2nd floor apartment to a single story residence. Everyone that I interacted with was very friendly and professional!
Update: I want to be fair. Electric City seems to be great, as far as management goes. Even their workers are pleasant and do their jobs. However, their workers were put in a difficult situation with my friends and it almost all fell apart. There were definitely ways to address those problems and I think with the right personnel onsite, it would've been a positive experience. Since there was blame to go around, I have updated my rating and review. ------- My family and I had a great experience with Electric City.
