Please don’t rent a storage unit from this place. I went to check on my daughter storage unit today and my key wouldn’t fit in the lock that was on the door. I had to drive 45 minutes back home so I can get my daughter. The nice lady at the desk got employee to cut the lock off the door. All of my daughter stuff had been stolen about 6000 worth. The lady told us she would run the camera to see who got the stuff. Also, the lady stated they had a break in awhile ago.

The storage itself is good, but we had a misunderstanding with what was due by the time I found out how much I needed to pay it was the 1st again. I called to pay the passed due amount so I could get in the storage again but they had already put the next month rent on the bill. I explained to the lady in charge and she told me that I couldn't pay the pass due amount that I had to pay for the next month also. I have very important items in the unit and I don't expect anything for free.

Broke into twice in 3 weeks. Management never on-site, more often than not gate is not functioning and has been left open. Unable to receive call back, when I spoke to representatives at help center (always told in process of hiring new management). Did supposedly speak with district manager after first break in, but was by luck we ran into this person tried numerous times to reach by number he gave me but never answered are received a call back.
I recieved an email informing me that my storage unit was changed to my brothers name. I never gave the facility permission in fact I was not contacted. I immediately went to the facility and was told that my brother told him that he had power of attorney over me, he claimed to have left it at home. The clerk said he felt pressured and that my brother was badgering him so he did it. I spoke to the district manager he advised that he was not aware of this transaction, but that doesn't change anything.

Great experience! Spent days bouncing around trying to get an XL unit and Angela got me in out out quick! Very professional and to the point.
