Had to file a claim for damages to refrigerator doors on July 17, 2025. To replace 2 doors would cost about $600 with service call to put them on. Their insurance has offered $211 which is not acceptable. We have contacted Greg Moore Several times with no response but we are sorry for the damage and are working on it. It’s now Nov 1, 2025 and still no response from Undergrads
Scheduled with them over 2 weeks in advance. Received confirmation email, everything was set. 4 days before the move they contacted me to say that they no longer covered the Keowee Key development (???). Left me and my client in a real bind. I would NOT recommend these folks.
DO NOT USE!!! We booked their services two weeks in advance and even called a week before the move to confirm payment methods, tipping preferences, and labor resources. We rented a truck and took time off from work, and we expected the crew …
Terrible customer service! Don’t use them! Much better ones out there. They will charge you incorrectly and not return the $!!

Noah Galloway and Cullin Williams were absolutely wonderful to work with. They were prompt, respectful, careful and considerate. Nothing got scratched or broken and they finished on time. I will gladly use your company again if needed and would request Noah and Cullin by name.
We have used Undergrad to help us move on two move ins and one move out. They have always been prompt and extremely hard working. They are also very reasonably priced. Special thanks this go around to Hunter, Jaylen, Wyatt and Prince. You guys were fantastic.

Chris & Dylan did a fantastic job helping me move furniture from one floor to the other in an orderly fashion at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend using Undergrads Moving.
