The rating breakdown
1 of the 31 ratings in Google’s published star breakdown for Empire Lockers are one or two star.
Worked out from 31 ratings. That is enough to publish but few enough that one more review moves it noticeably, so read it as a hint rather than a measurement.

What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
We love this storage facility! Best in Medford in our opinion. Property is so clean! Rick the owner is very personable and overall a great guy. Locked my phone in the unit by accident today. We called and Rick was so quick to respond and take care of us. Thanks a million!!
Rick has been amazing from the start. Always available when you call. Runs a EXTREMELY clean and professional business! 5 star all the way
Thank you for your kind words. We appreciate you!
The absolute best secure storage facility that is clean and easy to access. No worries about remembering a combination or losing a key for you lock if you get the digital access locker. Rick is a very quick to call you back if he can’t …
Thank you for your kind words. We strive to have the best technology for our customers.
This is a very nice place. Best storage facility I ever rented from. It's very high-tech and secure. The Buildings are solid constructions. They have a restroom and clamatized units.
