Liana, unfortunately you are leaving out most of the pertinent information. You booked over the phone and after many questions you left out the fact you had a 10x20 Bunkie in your backyard packed to the ceiling. You had more in it than you had in entire house.
We were given a quote and false information. Over charged for driving to us and home. which wasn't discussed or mentioned when setting up the move. They were extremely fast and decent with the move the only problem was they Lied and then …

Moved the kids and I out of a three bedroom house. It was a dodgy experience all around. The lead guy cracked our piano getting it out of the house

The EMS crew completed our move with care, speed and efficiency. I would absolutely recommend and call them first for any future moving needs. Once they moved us into the new place (including the massive wall unit!), the crew didn't bat an eye at also moving our new fridge and washer from storage into our new home as well - which was a huge help!

EMS were terrific! The booking was fast and reliable. They called me ahead with ETA, and lickedy split had things wrapped, and diligently placed in the truck. The estimated time and cost (very reasonable compared to other companies in the area) was exact and the guys were most professional and kind. I’d use them again in a heartbeat.

EMS movers (Corey, Greg, Corey and Brad) were amazing from start to finish. They were fast, efficient and handled the furniture with great care. From my initial email, Rahel made the process seamless with prompt responses to all my questions. They are a great team and I highly recommend their service!
Quick response when I requested an online quote (Rahel called me the same day). Picked up my piano, delivered it to me and placed it in my living room. No hassle, no surprizes, very courteous and polite, respected my home. Very reasonable rate. Thank you Rahel, Greg and movers. I recommend.
