Unsatisfied to start. Despite a phone call dialogue with a site manager I was all but guaranteed to have a prorated discount for a shortened term (I needed 6 extra days) though this practice isn't the norm. I explained that if I couldn't be given the week extension that I would move my items out. She would get back to me she explained however she did not. I called her back two weeks later. The same site manager said not to worry, that all would be good once she spoke to her supervisor.

Cost seemed a bit much but was comparable to other places. Worst part of the experience was when I moved out. Forgot about the 28 day notice they want so when I tried to cancel my unit at the end of a pay cycle I was told I wouldn't receive my security deposit back if I did that. I asked how much it was and I was told 200.00.

Highly not recommend Peterborough location I told I was told there would be a ceiling put on top of my storage unit a as it has been 5 years now and no ceiling all my stuff is ruined covered in heavy heavy dust drywall dust and they keep upping their rates I have had a great increased six times in the last 4 years do not recommend to anyone go to U-Haul instead
If the door to you locker is broken rendering the locker unusable for months and months. They lie and say they didn't know and pass the buck to other employees who lie aswell. It's a big circle jerk with no customer serve and or compensation for lack of access to your own property.

This is the worst business that I have ever dealt with. They move your units without permission so they can build more and more units inconveniencing patrons and damaging belongings. Store your belongings anywhere but here! Definitely customer beware.

This is without a doubt the absolute worst storage facility in the Peterborough area. Rodent infestation, gates that rarely operated, payments nit recorded! Run from this place! It is the worst!

This Is a great storage facility. Clean, secure, and love that there are electric carts that you can use to move your things. I also really appreciated that even though it was a rainy day, I was able to pull in x2 ‘26 foot trucks into the warehouse to unload, sheltered from the rain! Dan and Justin were very helpful.
