The movers were friendly, diligent, and polite... but, There was a lot of damage following the move, storage, and delivery of my belongings. It's impossible to know when the damage occurred. The truck was too small and filled to the brim, and they couldn't fit all my things. My 60-inch TV no longer works, my brand-new refrigerator is dented, the tempered glass on my coffee table is cracked, my furniture and appliances are scratched, and my clock is damaged and no longer works.

Very disappointing experience with DEL Movers. We booked our move more than two months in advance with Charles. During his visit to our property, he specifically reassured us not to worry because the company had multiple trucks available. Unfortunately, when moving day arrived, that clearly was not the case, as no alternative truck or backup solution was available when their scheduled truck broke down. Our move was confirmed for 8:00 AM.
I had the worst experience of my life with this moving company. Not only did they break a light fixture in my house, but they also left shards of glass in my yard, which is extremely dangerous. To top it all off, they threw cigarette butts in my yard, demonstrating a complete lack of respect and professionalism. I absolutely do not recommend this company. They never offered to replace the broken glass.

Scam company, Very disappointed with this moving company. They promised a specific moving time but failed to show up and kept making excuses at the last minute. We even sent a message the night before to confirm the appointment and never received a response. Poor communication, unreliable service, and they did not meet basic professional standards.
