In their own words
I want to thank Dolores from customer service for her professional and outstanding service. Regarding the on-site storage unit, the doors are made of wood and don't seem very sturdy. For the price, it's a bit overpriced considering the condition of the doors, which can be easily broken down compared to warehouses with solid metal doors. I advise you to visit before booking. If I had known, I wouldn't have used them.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
Easy booking by phone, clean and easily accessible space. The only downside was that my code didn't work on the first day, but the MMS team resolved the issue quickly later that day. I'm satisfied with the service.
Hello, Minh. Thank you so much for enjoying your experience with us!
Great experience from the start with Marc who gave us a warm welcome and took the time to register us, answer our questions and show us the facilities and procedures even though we arrived after closing time.
Hello Fabien. Your comments are greatly appreciated. Thank you for the feedback!
Deve He's an excellent worker; he explains the entire service very clearly and is very patient with those of us who don't speak the language well. He's a very good worker.
Hi, Christopher. We are delighted that you had a great experience with us. Thank you for taking the time to rate us!
Great, well-organized location! Just the pad at the entrance was a bit tricky to find the first time; perhaps it could be made more visible or have a sign indicating it.
Hello Kristofer. Your feedback is greatly appreciated. Thank you for the review!
