I want to share my experience so others can avoid what we went through. Our move was booked on January 19 for February 28, with a confirmed time window of 12:00 PM–4:00 PM. At 11:30 AM on the day of the move, we received a call saying they would be late and could arrive between 2:30–3:00 PM. We had already booked our building elevators from 1:00–5:00 PM. After that call, there was no further communication—no updates, no responses, and no way to reach them despite multiple attempts.

If I could give zero stars, I would. My wife and I booked this company over a month in advance, yet they called us just 30 minutes before our scheduled move to cancel, claiming they were 'stuck' elsewhere. This is beyond unprofessional; they clearly have no respect for their customers' time or the logistics involved in a move. The management is dismissive and the communication is abysmal. Avoid this company at all costs—it feels more like a scam than a legitimate service. 0 stars!!!!!!!!!!!!

I called Excellent Movers in Brampton and their team jumped in right away. They didn’t just drop everything off — they offered to store it overnight at their secure facility and came back the next day to finish the move.
