These guys are running a total scam taking money for faulty work and then being abusive and they are doing it right on your property. I’ve been ripped off by them, and what’s worse is that they are handing out the security passcodes for the front and side doors to random people from Facebook Marketplace. Your facility has zero security because of this. Since this illegal business is still running, it makes me wonder: Are you guys also involved in this?

DO NOT TRUST THE "MECHANICS" OPERATING OUT OF THIS STORAGE FACILITY. I’m writing this to warn everyone and to get the attention of Ultrastor management. There are guys running an illegal, unlicensed car mechanic shop out of storage units here, and they are straight-up scammers. They lured me in through Facebook Marketplace, but the work they did completely messed up my car. Once they took my money and I realized the "repairs" actually made my car worse, they went totally ghost. They won't answer calls or texts.

Hi Ultrastor It is very crucial to inform you that there is a business up and running by several young guys, using your storage spaces provided to them. These guys sell mattresses and their box, with the help of Facebook marketplace. However, the issue is after they receive the money from customers they don’t actually deliver them their product. Once they receive the money they never answer their phones or text messages. there’s no communication whatsoever.

The way one of the staff treated me while I was waiting for someone to pick me up is ridiculous. I am renting a storage unit here.eveybody else is helpful but you need to teach the guy some manners.

I’d definitely recommend UltraStor! They offer a wide range of unit sizes, all of which are new and temperature-controlled. Its super clean. The staff is friendly and professional—Denasha, in particular, was incredibly helpful from start to finish. Overall, a perfect 10/10 experience.

UltraStor is a GREAT facility that supports thousands of people around the GTA!! UltraStor provides space for many small businesses and customers but are not responsible for disputes between businesses and their customers. Unfortunately when an individual uses a service and refuses to pay, then tries to damage the reputation of UltraStor and innocent businesses operating there.
I went to rent a storage unit, and had such an amazing experience because of Denasha the site manager. She went above and beyond to help me out. I would recommend speaking to her if you need any help! Thank you Denasha for your amazing customer service

I would highly recommend using UltraStor. They have plenty of sizes to choose from, the units are new, and temperature controlled. Their staff are friendly and professional, Denasha was super helpful from beginning to end. 10/10 all around.
