I’ve moved and helped people move in at least 5 occasions. Never have I in my experience dealt with such movers. First, they were not fit for the job— one of them looked like he’s about to pass out after moving a heavy item. The other one complained constantly about the number of stairs- which we already agreed to pay extra for. Ten minutes into the move, they asked where the nearest Tim Hortons was; subsequently, they ordered pizza after working for just under one hour.
I wish I could give them zero stars! This company is dishonest and will charge you for extra things not mentioned in the quote. Do not hire them! They banged up some of our furniture and broke one of our tables. They also DID NOT follow proper covid safety protocols and kept removing their masks inside our home. My husband and I both had to tell them multiple times that they had to keep their face masks on as we are in the middle of a lockdown.
Extremely unprofessional and disorganized. They sent a truck that was too small for the move despite having a detailed list ahead of time as well as continued to add charges throughout the move that hadn't been previously talked about. Movers complained the entire time that there was too many stairs (3rd floor) and that "I'm lucky" I got it for 80/hr +$3 a step vs their new rate of 95/hr+5.50.
Movers arrived 40 min late, which is a problem when the service elevator is only booked for a 2 hr window. Moving crew (2 men) charged twice the agreed rate and refused to open the truck until money was paid, I would not recommend this service.
Absolute scammers. Book them if you want to get your furniture broken. They failed to reimburse us for damaged beds, tv and couch. They even hit us with extra "fees" towards the end which were not initially discussed. Moreover, the movers were not efficient whatsoever. Maybe they had sent not so experienced people. My family had to eventually step in or we would've failed to move out on time. The move was an absolute nightmare.
this is the 2nd page of TM transport Inc with fake reviews.. Quote 4hr for 80/hour then add tons of charges on top, fee to transport from their warehouse, fee for big items (never mentioned or been asked while quote for before begin the job) total hours was 5hrs but get charge total of 8hr, explaining that 3hr loading will count as 3hr unloading. Won't start the job without full payment for the 8hrs..
5 star reviews are probably their own people to cover up the one star reviews (honest reviews) Please do not I can write down my full experience of them being non professionals, abusive, rude, asking for more money than was discussed already. Absolutely worst people ever. But I will be repeating what all other one star reviews have mentioned. Please help yourself and stay away from this company
Please do yourselves a favor and stay away. Complaining, whining scam artists. They look ways to charge you more whilst trying to avoid the work they are there to do in the first place. They are more interested in smoking and ordering food. Awful people!!!

I moved from Owensound to Oakville and they helped me alot. Their staff is very well mannered and professional, specially Jag. He explained me all the process and handled my household stuff very professionally and carefully. Their prices are very affordable and genuine as well. They go above and beyond to help out. I've been very impressed with their service, and I recommend them to anyone that needs a moving company.
I highly recommend this moving company , last time i got moving from other company they ripped me off , but this one were very genuine, negotiable , no hidden prices , i read other reviews as well but they were not like that … ask for jag for quick service and reasonable price

Sid and Bunny handled my fragile, antique furniture with so much care, as though it was their own furniture. They were professional, pleasant and knew what they were doing. Some pieces were unusually heavy and had to be transported down flights of stairs, which was extremely difficult to navigate. They did this, taking the extra time to ensure no chips or damage to the furniture. I will definitely hire them again. I should also add that their fees were very reasonable. Highly recommend.
