The rating breakdown
Google shows 10 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. 3 of those are one or two star.

Very unprofessional and not easy to deal with. They delivered my piano to me damaged, when i asked them to pay for the refinishing cost they refused and called me a liar. Don't recommend

I had to have a family heirloom yamaha upright piano moved from my childlhood home in San Diego to my house in Denver. All communication was prompt and the move itself was seamless. The team arrived on time and my piano arrived in great condition. No complaints. Would recommend.
I had a Yamaha upright delivered to me from my old home in Akron to my new post in Seattle, the men were timely and courteous!
Astonishingly good service end-to-end. I own a 6’6” Yamaha grand. Move was San Diego to Salt Lake City. It is crucial that my instrument is moved and handled by people who know pianos. These guys obviously do. And they were surprisingly affordable, about 70% less than I anticipated, including $100,000 insurance. Only thing is some flexibility on date timing is required, but they give you a reasonable ballpark of the date, and they called to confirm about four days out.
I was very impressed with this company. I was having a 9 foot grand piano moved from Alabama to Pennsylvania. I did have some significant concerns, however. I could not get a specific date for pick up or delivery until like 5 days prior to …
