The rating breakdown
0 of the 33 ratings in Google’s published star breakdown for Extra Attic Self Storage are one or two star.
Worked out from 33 ratings. That is enough to publish but few enough that one more review moves it noticeably, so read it as a hint rather than a measurement.
Against other listings in Apex

In their own words
Great storage with accurate, honest pricing. What you see is what you will pay. The facility is clean and well kept. Preston does a great job running EASS. I’ve rented for nearly 2 years and I don’t have a single complaint. It is gated and fenced all the way around. Good parking spots for outdoor toys and good storage as well. I will need another unit in the coming months and I will be renting from here. I have not experienced a price increase yet, which is the biggest factor in renting from here!
Thank you for your review. You are a valued customer and we appreciate your business!
I would definitely use Extra Attic if you need storage! It is literally an extension of your own home. Preston is waiting for you. They were sensitive to my own personal situation and were welcoming and knew exactly what I needed and why! Plus they have my favorite candy on the counter! Peppermint Patty! Who can ask for more?!?! Professional, safe and there are food trucks and restaurants nearby. Thanks Preston!
I have found the staff and owners to be the best of people! I knew my property was secure while it was in their care. The prices were reasonable and the grounds were always well kept. I once had an issue with something there and they move extreemly fast to resolve it. I highly recommend Extra Attic Self Storage.

Thank you for the outstanding feedback on our storage facility and specifically our property manager. We are grateful for your business!
