Worse experience of my life, the movers I got with the exception of Daniel were awful. Totally disrespectful with my belongings and with me. They only had to move stuff into storage but I had damage from that alone. Items were dragged down the stairs and there was no sense of ownership or pride in their work. I prepared to tip these guys, bought them drinks and even lunch all for nothing. I will say that the staff did try to make things right but it was a horrible experience. Unfortunately I got the lousy crew.
Great moving experience! The moving team was awesome. They brought a sense of humor to the job which I appreciated very much. They are very hard workers who made the moving process very easy. They kept me informed every step of the way and everything arrived at my new home intact. ***** Edited review. Although I still give five stars to the moving team I had in April, I used moving on movers again in May and this experience was not the same. Different team of movers and different quality of work.

From my initial phone call with Jason to get everything set up, to the crew that came out, and even the follow-up call to check on how things went, every step of the process was smooth, easy, and reliable. The initial estimate came in right where I expected, and the three-person crew completed the work faster than planned, which ended up reducing the overall cost. That kind of efficiency is rare and genuinely appreciated.
