Customer service here is terrible and while I was moving out the elevator broke and I had no access to go back upstairs to lock up my storage, the next day I got a call after viewing the camera feed of me struggling the only thing they asked me was to remember to pay for the next month.
We are sorry that the elevator stopped working while you were trying to move out after our office had closed. When we noticed it wasn’t working the next morning, we worked quickly to put it back in place. The managers are trying to reach you directly regarding this.

I recommend the Framingham, MA EZ Storage on Cochituate Rd. Easy access to inside units, clean. My things were there for 10 months and there were zero signs of insects or mice when I retrieved all of it. All my things. including a ton of books and artwork survived thru summer and winter as if in my own home, maybe in better condition actually. Just as if I had dropped them off the previous day. Very pleased and the managers are very friendly and helpful.
