Very Poor customer Service . .I called factory direct furniture in Prince George and told them how my dining table I bought from them is fluffing and sent all the pictures as they requested on 1 August 2020. I never got a follow up . I went to the factory direct furniture store on Aug 25,2020 and asked about if they have seen my request. One of the employee went to the computer and advised that she has to check if they received the email. This was very poor customer service .
Bought furnitures to this store to my belief that I could save but it turns out to be the worst experience. Received my furniture with damages and like an ordinary buyer in an ordinary situation, I ask for replacement and this where …
We made a purchase here and upon picking it up we found the item s were flat packed like Ikea. We would have to assemble them ourselves. While assembling we found the product was poorly made and holes did not properly align for bolts. The solution the Furniture store gave was for us to ship the items back by courier and get replacement parts sent out from the factory in California. They also told us what a great deal they gave us.

we bought a 3 piece living room set from Factory Direct. It didn't last a year. We gave the couch away, the springs came out and the cushions sunk in. I will never buy from here again. We've called, stopped in, there was no apology, refund, replacement, nothing. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE, the return policy is obsolete and they do not care
tried to get a bed set from here and they said they would deliver and call when they head out but received no call, they were a fair bit later than they said they would be I didn't recieve a call despite calling them and getting reassured that they would call. THEN when they arrived they dropped off the wrong item.

Buyer beware. We purchased a couch and love seat and we Purchased the 5 year warranty to cover our furniture. Within the first 30 days the couch’s recliner mechanism wouldn’t work. We called and they said they would fix it (as they should …
Buyer beware at this store. Bought a sectional in April last year and already ripping . Got the run around for a month and they will not stand behind what they sell. Will never shop there again.
