In their own words
We recently relocated to Prince George and, due to limited space, placed some of our belongings in storage at Make Space. Unfortunately, upon retrieving our items, we discovered that everything had been contaminated with mice droppings, including our rugs and boxes. As a result, much of our property is now damaged beyond repair. Our daughter's extra toys are likely ruined, and a $3,000 couch we had stored was also heavily affected, forcing us to dispose of it. The entire floor of the unit was covered in droppings.
Hi Travis, Thank you for sharing your concerns. We take feedback like yours seriously and continuously review our pest control and maintenance practices to ensure we provide a quality storage experience for our customers.

Mostly my husband and I have been communicating with Trevor as well as Michelle, they have been absolutely amazing and extremely accommodating, we were in a pinch for getting our travel trailer moved before our moving date and they made it work. Great customer service :)

I had an absolutely fantastic experience here, and a huge part of that was thanks to Cory (I’m pretty sure that was his name!). He was incredibly helpful from the moment I walked in and made the entire transaction completely seamless, fast, …

We really appreciate the awesome review, Ken!
I recently attended an open house event at Make Space Storage in Prince George. On arrival we were invited to enter some contests and enjoy a complimentary cup of coffee and a muffin before wandering around. Many of the renters had opened up their units and were selling a wide variety of clothes, toys, tools, artwork, household items etc. It was like being at a huge community garage sale! I bought several items, including a toy truck that I paid $1.00 and was a real hit with my grandson.
We really appreciate the awesome review, Cathy!
