Typical moving company behaviors... On Jan-13-2026, I contacted Fairprice Movers to get a quote for my move on Jan-15-2026 and spoke to Alex who asked me what type of home I was moving from, to which I responded 1 bedroom with some glass furniture and a large TV that will need extra protection. Alex never inquired about the apartment size beyond a 1 bedroom with a single bed. I was provided with a quote for $760 - $1050 with an arrival time of 8 AM - 10 AM on Jan 16, 2025.

In their own words
Excellent movers and a genuinely smooth experience. Fairprice relocated my small office over the weekend so we never lost a workday, and every desk, chair, and computer was set up near downtown Walnut Creek by Monday morning. Professional, efficient, and worth every dollar.
Honest, reliable service that is hard to find these days. The best part was knowing the price ahead of time, with everything listed online and no hidden charges. The team wrapped and loaded my things near Civic Park with real care, and the final bill came out exactly as quoted.
I recently used Fairprice Movers for my relocation, and I must say, they exceeded my expectations! From the initial phone call to the final delivery, their team was exceptionally professional and helpful. The movers arrived on time and were …
Fairprice earned my trust the moment the quote held firm. There was no creeping total at the end, no vague estimate, just a fair price and a hardworking team near downtown Walnut Creek. Honesty like that is rare in this business.
