Horrific moving experience — dishonest, unsafe, and deeply unprofessional. I hired KM North Moving through iMoving, who promised a “white glove, full-service” experience. What I actually got was chaos, deception, and property damage. The crew arrived unprepared and without the specialized boxes and materials I paid extra for — no wardrobe boxes, TV boxes, or bubble wrap. They used my own towels, blankets, and supplies to wrap fragile items.
Booked them with HireAHelper and got a call the day before the move stating that they would not take the job unless we added a man to the job at an additional expense of $200. The HireAHelper dispatcher informed us that they do this commonly - list the lowest price and then extort people at the last second. We found someone else.
Booked them through HireAHelper. They confirmed our appointment twice. The afternoon before our move, they cancel on us. Utterly unprofessional. These people are not fit to run any business.

KM moving service exceeded my expectations! I used them twice in the last 3 months for my moves and both time I was greeted with a friendly, quick and efficient booking process, the second move they even fit my in within a weeks notice. They are the perfect mixture of having your brother/cousins move you + a super professional service. Even things I said oh don’t worry about wrapping that, they insisted and took such good care of all my things. Pricing was much less than other places I had called too.
