If they lose your stuff, they will gaslight you saying you never contacted them when you actually do and then they don’t respond and block you. DO NOT RECOMMEND! The movers were excellent. One young man was absolutely fantastic, I wish I remembered his name. Unfortunately, they unscrewed the legs to my coffee table and after unloading everything, the legs never came. I messaged them about not receiving them and no response. Worst thing is, it shows that they read it.

I used Fairway to move out of South Carolina. I cannot say enough about the dedicated employees careful preparation of my furniture for moving. However, the owners quoted a price for the total move including a baby grand piano. After arriving they noticed the piano was a "player" piano and commented on it. They proceeded to dismantle the piano remove the legs and wrap for shipping.

We called Fairway Moving Services and we received a text message responding to our call. After several text messages back and forth, we had questions and wanted to talk to someone over the phone, I texted back to have someone call us back on the phone because I did not know if this was a scam. When a lady called back you could tell she was very annoyed, you could hear the sighing over the speaker as my husband asked questions and she seemed to be doing something else by not verbally responding.

Our worst moving experience yet. Hired Fairway to move our heaviest items and items to go upstairs in our new house. My husband and I are older and unable to lift these items. They did NOT move almost all of the items that were to go upstairs, and they did not move all of the heaviest items. I think they stopped for lunch on our dime, one of the three movers said he had to leave early bc he had been in an accident and had an appt, and one mover had a busted arm and couldn't lift anything.

We hire this moving company to move us twice within a 3-month period. Moved first time was around the first of September 2022, second time was October 31st, 2022. We had used them in the past without any problems. It was just the opposite and regret we let them do it. I even tip them $200 , $100 on ech move, plus paid the owner over $1000. They did not mention damage on last move, just took the money.

This company can say I was never a customer and that is the lie! I called you and you had your husband call me back. I didn’t hire your company , my daughter Lauren Whitney Baccarny Hall did , to pack us up and we drive the uhaul to Colorado . This is not a fake review , My daughter - Lauren Hall hired this company to pack our 2 bedroom apartment , and we drove the truck from Myrtle Beach to Colorado Springs, Co. When we got to Colorado we had to put our furniture in storage until we found a house .

Not a good job. I hired Fairway Moving Services to pack up my home and load a POD on August 29th. My POD is now unloaded, and I am very upset with the service that was provided. As an example, a wood rolling pin was wrapped and rewrapped with care, and my antique mirror was not covered at all. So many unbreakable things were individually wrapped when they could have just been boxed. Consequently, the job took a couple of hours longer than was projected by the company.

Everything was going very well with the move so we thought. They took our bed apart which was part of the price. When they put it back together we found out the next day that they did not tighten the nuts on the bed rails n didn't put the legs on the mattress slats. The whole bed was loose n one of the legs on the footboard broke. They did apologize but did ofter restitution. They were given a very good tip because we did not know at the time that they did not complete the job n did not do it right!
