The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
After several moves over the last 35 years, this company was exactly what we were looking when selecting a moving company. We had very specific requirements…professional, COVID-smart, non-smokers, customer-focused, and very responsive. Maurice and Darius fit the bill and their crew were all awesome as well! From the moment we first contacted Maurice and Darius, they were very professional, personable, and prompt. They were on-time or early along every step of the process.
Thank you Greg. It was truly a pleasure working with you and your wife over the last three days. Best wishes to the both of you, and we hope you enjoy your new home.
We had the luck of selecting Luxury Movers Moving Company, LLC in our latest Adventure moving into our new home in South Carolina. Their personnel kept in contact with me by e-mail of the exact time of the proposed move and even worked with us, when we had to change the move date late in the process. They exhibited a "can do" attitude in working with what worked best for us during the move into our new home.
Thank you very much to the Hollingsworth family. We take pride in being as efficient as possible. You guys made it easy for us.
We just completed a two part move with Luxury Movers and I can't recommend them highly enough! I was surprised to see mostly 5-star reviews when I researched movers in the area but I now know why that is. They were professional, worked with us when we had weather issues, were easy and pleasant to work with and - even with the 2-part move- I paid what was on my quote. Surprise charges are the number 1 complaint about movers and that was not the case here. The price was also VERY good.
Thank you for your kind words Margaret. The weather was not in our favor, but we all made it work. We appreciate you guys being organized and responsive. Enjoy your new home.
Hands down, you will not find a better company to move you! From the time Maurice and Darius came over for the initial walkthrough providing the estimate all the way through completion of the move, everything was done with professionalism and total customer satisfaction. Back in December, we received an itemized list of what was to be moved and a time range/cost. It was very reasonable. Initially we had a date scheduled but due to some issues on our end we had to push it. No problem on their side.
Mark thank you very much for your business. You guys made it easy for us by getting all of the prep work done beforehand. Reviews like this makes it all worth it. Thank you again.
