In their own words
Firstly, I must say that they did not give me the most competitive price in comparison with other movers in the area, which I thought was OK considering all of the great reviews. However, they performed a rushed moving job resulting in breaking the leg of our coffee table. We wanted it replaced or to be compensated for it. They offered to have someone come and fix it. Story short, someone tried to fix it, but the coffee table does not look like new at all.
What satisfied customers point to

Vilson and his crew are absolutely amazing! They were very respectful, punctual, and incredibly quick and efficient. They handled all of our belongings with great care, wrapped everything tight and safe, making the entire process stress-free. They took apart everything necessary to move and put it back together in my new place exactly where it needed to go. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and everything went very smoothly. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better moving experience.
Wow, thank you for the kind words! I’ll be sure to share your feedback with Vilson and the rest of the crew—they will be so happy to hear they made such a positive impact on your moving day. Clear communication and care are what we strive for every time. Thanks for being such a great customer!
Family Moving Express was recommended by my brother. Vilson and his team are polite and respectful. They showed up on time and very careful with my belongings. They also put all the furniture back together and place it the way I wanted. Vilson gave me very fair price. No funny business. I won't hesitate to send friends and family to his way.
