I liked it much better when it was Cubesmart. When Silverstar (SS) took over they placed 2 workers to run office. The deal is they are not employees of Silverstar. They were hired by a temp agency. Hallways are filthy. Floors I don't think have ever been mopped. I would sweep outside my unit in hallway, and mop occasionally. Absolute filth. I, violated my contract with Cubesmart aka SS. being I never signed a contract with SS. The property manager and I were friends, so I thought.

Today when I needed access to toilets , on 1/6/23, at 3:35 pm, the employee/manager refused to talk to me or listen on phone pad while sitting behind counter. Her excuses were she was on her "lunch break" , and she was "on a call". Good luck having medical emergency when this dark skin woman is working. Shame if she stays on this job. Also, Since 12/23/22, I have sent 4 message asking when to empty my space not to be charged for Jan2023, not one response.
Do yourself a favor and avoid contacting this place at all costs. I made the mistake of calling to inquire if there was any space available and their pricing and have been plagued with calls from them since. The calls come from many different numbers, so even blocking the first one doesn't work. It's to the point of harassment now that I am afraid to even answer my phone. I've even started getting calls from other companies that I've never gotten before so they probably sold my number. Don't walk away, run!
We apologize for this confusion as we have no way of storing numbers from incoming calls. As spam calls now seem worse than ever, we in no way want to have any type of association to that industry. Our service is storage of your valued items. Hope your day is blessed and full of cheer.
Absolutely not sure how they are getting five star reviews. When my renewal came up after my seventh month, my storage unit went up to 40%! I have called, sent emails, and even called CubeSmart corporate who reached out to this property and no one ever got back to me. Do yourself a favor and don’t rent from here unless if you want to be paying double that in six months from now.

All these 5 star reviews of new customers.. wait until your first year is over and they double and 2.5x raise your rent. They kill you with kindness then sky rocket your rent. $328 a month for a 10x10 unit is ridiculous. It was $140 the first year. Do not rent here unless you only plan on staying for the first year.

They will not give you a pro rated refund when you prepay for the month and move out before the month is over. But they will be able to rent it the very next day. Double dipping at the expense of the customer. If I knew this I would have moved out the last day of the month. Watch out

Did this change to cubesmart? No email sent. My public storage login doesn't work. Both times the door didn't work when I went 3 days apart. The front desk person is never warm or nice.

After some rocky experiences elsewhere, I finally found a good storage facility. Diane answered all of my questions to help us make informed decisions and has been a pleasure to work with, for both myself and my fiancée, throughout the process, and has continued to be a big help when we come and go from the facility.
