I can’t believe I trusted this company with everything I owned. THAT DECISION COST ME thousands of dollars, countless hours, immense stress, and nearly a year later I’m still missing property while having received someone else’s belongings instead. What an absolute nightmare this company has been and I am no closer to getting real answers than I was on day one. Let’s start with the money. I spent hours with their sales team. I sent photos. We discussed exactly what I had.
Not reputable and some dishonesty. They damaged my self storage facility building. They give the run around and no response. My facility is not in Florida so they are ignoring the $3690 repair bill for their truck damaging it. Yes, I've contacted them multiple times and this is a year old.
I had a TERRIBLE experience with Paramount van lines. The movers were completely unprofessional and cursing/arguing the whole time, I had to wait in my car because I was terrified of how much it was going to escalate. The costs of moving was never straightforward forward, they tried to upcharge me consistently. When they finally delivered my items they quoted me $150 to take my item upstairs although my contract waived the fee.

This company overcharged me, lost 1/3 of my belongings, misrepresented themselves numerous times, bold faced lied to me, i have someone else’s stuff and they won’t come get it. Ive been trying for 3 weeks to resolve these issues with no help, the GM set up a call for Sat and DID NOT call or send a message to let me know why. I then called the office and was hung up on 4x.

ZERO STARS. Absolutely abysmal joke of a company. Made the moving process for my family and I a horrible experience. Lied to us directly multiple times. Once they take your money for a deposit or for the move, they hold you hostage and do nothing they say they will do. Lied to us about the pickup date and the delivery date. PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY OF YOUR MONEY. YOU WILL REGRET IT. Not sure how they have any anything besides 1 star ratings…probably are all fake.

Would give zero stars if I could. The (contracted) driver was FANTASTIC.. the company. Not so much. Sam (i think Was her name) who answered the phone was rude on multiple occasions and they have a lot of add on fees. They tell you ‘you get all of this for this price’ and then they say oh actually we have to charge $200 for all extra things. They also dropped off boxes and boxes of things that weren’t ours even after my husband put them back on the truck multiple times. FIND ANOTHER MOVING COMPANY.
Update: I am updating in response to the comment left by the owner below, I have not received any correspondence whatsoever in attempt to resolve the issue with my horrible moving experience, so I will also add that this company lies on its …

I had an excellent experience with Paramount and Safe Moving LLC. The team was professional, punctual, and extremely careful with all my belongings. Everything was wrapped properly, furniture was protected, and the entire move was smooth from start to finish. Communication was clear and pricing was fair. First time I ever used movers in my life and I'm 60 years old. I learned a lot about using movers. The move was from Tennessee to kansas. 850 miles As a company: 1. Everyone was very nice without a doubt! 2. My suggestion to the company is to make sure to explain the entire process in layman's terms. Not give a long contract and expect everybody to read the fine detail. Not everyone has used movers before and don't know the process. 3. What I learned is that using movers is just like shipping UPS or FedEx.

My experience with Paramount Van Lines was excellent. Shaun was professional as well as personable, and actually noticed concerns with another company's cancellation policy when I requested to forward their inventory/ estimate to him to save time. Britney was also very helpful in explaining the ins and outs of the Bill of Lading to me. Both of them were knowledgeable and patient, and allowed me a day (or two? it's a blur now!) to review their documents rather than pressuring me to sign the moment I called.

By far one of the best company’s I’ve used so far, everything was done without any damage and the workers were super friendly and made the transition for me moving super easy. I’ll definitely be recommending this to friends and family and coming back if I need stuff moved in the future.
