They're security is awful. We've had our trailer broken into several times. A woman broke in and was living in it They were found and yet the employee did not notify us right away. Now we have zero power due to the last break in. Also a man's yellow truck was stolen from the spot next to ours according to one of their employees. This was all in the last couple of months. Of course the camera pointing at our trailer doesn't work. My husband asked what are we paying $300 a month for.
The lock couldn't lock the storage unit and inside of the unit was very dirty. She tried to charge me $12 transferred fee to another good unit. Now she charged me for $20 for late fee. I came to her and remind her what happened on that day. She didn't want to dispute $20 for me. Suddenly, her attitude was out of control and screamed out at me. The customer service in Federal Way (35200 Pacific Hwy South) is the worst location!
Alex Was Wonderful Help, Very Responsive and attentive. But unfortunately the lady that works there makes worst. Which I agree with Rebecca on previous review. Switching units 12$ late fee $20 when storage bill is due by 10th of month. I’m aware Alex would not agree with this decision when he’s the one that transferred my unit due to the inconvenience we’re having.

Clean and convenient. Front office guy Alex was very very helpful. Then later he acts like he does everything he can to help but he doest. He auctioned my unit only 1 mos late. He even seems to pick and choose which units contents he likes. I had so many sentimental items from my mother who passed in that storage unit. I cannot get back.

I’m sharing another review on the amazing help that I received from Rob Larson he was very helpful in helping me with everything I needed. Though we were moving out of the unit he went beyond in providing me with enough time to clear out our units and making sure my family and I were doing ok . The fact that he took the time to actually acknowledge us was very heartwarming and shows how much he cares about people and not hurrying us to get out.
