If I could give this country many a zero I would. Was quoted low, contractors showed up and delivered in a U Haul truck. All of my things were smashed boxes were opened and they went through all of my things. All of my furniture was damaged. New Horizons quit answering my calls. Hired a lawyer to no avail despite pictures and evidence they would not respond or make anything right. Please do not use them and if you do, do it at your own risk. I was quoted $550 for 4 men and 4 hours. For some reason it took 4 people 4 hours (commute to new apartment was 5 min) despite a year prior when 2 men were able to move everything in 2 hours. The movers didn’t even put things in the correct rooms so I have to relocate all the boxes as well as bring in a treadmill that they left outside the front door. Additionally, they placed my daughter’s mattress upside down so we had to fix that as well.

The movers themselves were great, very nice and fairly quick however, they charge from the time they leave their office to the time they return to their office which is absurd and unfair to the client considering traffic changes nearly hourly. So an extra 3 hours was charged to my overall time. I honestly can’t recommend this service to anyone unless you live fairly close to their office and choose a day with light traffic.

I'm so sorry Meredith! This is not how we do business. I was out doing errands and had left my phone behind by accident. My crew had very clear instructions and we had a back up plan you make sure this didn't happen. Either way, it's completely unacceptable! I would be very upset to.
Move “quality Control” person- rude and clearly tasked to increase cost to customer. Last minute increase pressure- be VERY careful in your estimate to review EVERY detail!!!!

This was my first experience with movers and wow these guys were great! They were right on time and very fair pricing. Josh and his team busted out our move so fast even with going up and down stairs. Everyone was friendly and careful with our stuff nothing was broken or scratched. I will definitely call New Horizons again if we need them and recommend them!

Josh‘s team was meticulous about wrapping delicate items. All couches were wrapped TVs were moved and wrapped all ofhis team were courteous and respectful. They wanted to do a good job and please us. They are very quick but careful. All boxes were labeled, and they placed them in their proper place. Their cost was substantially less than other quotes we got from the big Companies. I would Recommend new horizons to my friends. I consider them my friends now.

Movers did so well! Such a reasonable price and Jesse, Mario and Jesus came and loaded up so fast and they were super nice and great to work with! Will absolutely use again!!! Thank you! Updating my review to say I used them again for my own move and I wanted to add that the owner Josh is such a stand up guy and runs an incredible company! Will absolutely be using them for all my moves!
