I wouldn’t recommend, but thank you for the unforgettable lesson in furniture fragility. Apparently, quality furniture is expected to “just fall apart” when touched, which was news to me given that all of mine was brand new and solid quality. If you’re someone who enjoys surprise damage, zero accountability, zero apologies, and exaggerated premium pricing for the experience, this might be the mover for you. For everyone else who prefers their belongings handled as if they matter, I’d suggest looking elsewhere.
Dirty clothes, dirty truck. Tried to deliver me a compressed hed in a box when my mattress weighs over 400lbs, is a hybrid expensive Simmons Beauty Rest Silver Edition. I emailed the delivery company with no reply. I contacted Wayfair, they have the BEST customer service! They gave me 15% off the original cost
The driver hit my gate and admitted to hitting the gate. The driver left the scene of the accident which is causing damage to my gate and a hit-and-run… The owner of the company hung up on me as well as the receptionist. They will ignore any problem and not hold responsibility . DO NOT use this company
