What an absolute JOKE, the forklift drivers busted the pallets of an entire load and tried to hide it by turning the pallets around so as not to be visible when being unloaded as well as one of the tote bags had the entire top ripped off. If you don't care about how your product is handled then this is the place to store it.
Have appointment 9:00 am. They can't move empty trailers from the doors. At 10:55 am they call me and give door 11. From this door 11 they company driver try to take out an empty trailer with frozen brakes, but he failed and stack themselve. He call for help. So I still waiting for empty door and is 11:30 am. What are fun company :)
This place sucks to get loaded. After loading me they sealed my truck before I could secure the load. They didn't strap my pallet jacket back down and wouldn't let me do it. This is a joke. Can't believe men work here. Guy at front desk has attitude...not my fault you have a women's job. Hate this place
Avoid!!! Avoid!!! They give you appoitment time, you come on time checked in and after that you wait until they want, they dont folow their own rules they dont respect your time.

What a wonderful company to work with! We had a load damaged and Mindy Almondovar was so helpful. Fair pricing , EXCELLENT follow up by Mindy. She took a bad situation and assisted in correcting the issues with no problems. Her communication skills are above GREAT! If you need a truck load reworked in this area no one is better. Thank you Mindy! You are the best!
Nice place to get loaded. Plenty of room, friendly staff and fast loading. Have your pick up and trailer numbers ready and will get assigned a door.
Great place to load. Quick in/out. Have pick up number ready before you go. Slide tandems to rear, after green light, pull up, secure load, close doors, then go inside for bills. They will come out to seal the trailer. Blessings upon your trip.
First come, first serve! Pick up! Check in 11.00 am, check out 11.26 am! Very fast, very good!
