I don't typically leave reviews, but this experience was bad enough that I feel obligated to warn others. Do not hire this company unless you want your expensive belongings damaged by people who refuse to take accountability. To start, they showed up late and completely unprepared every single day. One of the movers didn’t even have shoes. On the second day, they called to say they were five minutes away but didn't actually arrive for another 30 minutes.

Extremely disrespectful of others time. First, I called James to get a quote, which could've been done over email or on the phone. You decided to make a visit, you scheduled time to come out based on your availability, with two time options, one I picked, which you couldn't even show up for, call to say you were still coming, running late, or to reschedule. You don't evidently respect other people's time.

First off they didn't show up on the day they were supposed to. They showed up with no packing paper or packing tape. I paid for a complete pack of my home. Here are a few photos of how they "packed" my items. Most items arrived broken and dirty. James if you didn’t pack me. Why did we have so many conversations on the 9th when you didn’t show up and on the 10th when the pack happened. I’ll contact you today

They did a really good job and they definitely worked hard. The only thing I told them was next time don’t send three men to give a quote and then show up with just one man and a woman to do the job. If it wasn’t for me and my daughter helping move stuff pack stuff I would probably still be moving into the next day but they did an amazing job at getting it done.
