DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY WORST MOVE I HAVE EVER EVER DONE I WAS SUPPOSE TO MOVE WITH SWIFT. Two men show up early in shorts no identification no check list in a Penske truck from Indiana.. They check my belongings say the square footage is wrong need 1850 to move will take off 500 if I leave my couch I told them already paid for extra footage..LEFT COUCH STILL SANE MONEY They loaded up stuff said they would wrap it later.

If you ever have to call this place and talk with them about a move they have made for you, it is horrible. They are rude, short and disrespectful. Unbelievable that someone answering the phone for this company can treat people that way. This was so uncalled for and they better figure out that people will have questions and find a better way in handling them. Horrible.
They shattered the handle on our dresser during the move and we were forced to jump through a ton of email hoops with claims only to be completely ghosted and never compensated despite paying for the protection plan and doing everything …
Update 5/24/26: Midwest Moving contacted me and offered a full refund for all the issues; however, would not process the refund until I confirmed I would remove my review. I stated I would NOT remove my review, but would be willing to update it. Since I stated I would not remove my review communication from them has stopped and no refund given. It now appears Midwest Moving tries to buy better reviews. This is another shady business practice.
I wouldn't use you just for the sheer fact, the girl named Haley who answered your phone is condescending and shamed me because I called about a quote and she says we just sent you one. Ok, I had questions and it was not a set amount in the quote. Her tone of voice is snotty, demeaning and she's condescending. Would not be the kind of person I would have on my business phones, I can tell you that. First point of contact sounds like a spoiled snarky brat. Lose the tude and tone sweetheart!
We moved last September and had these guys store our things. If you like your things don’t hire these people nearly every lamp was broken and many things scratched. Only reimbursement was $400. We could tell things were just forced into some place. Never again!
If I could give Midwest movers zero stars I would. multiple broken items they also broke heirlooms. I also paid for the insurance but they didn't even repair anything or offer to fix anything. They also quoted me a price and then after the …
Ruined several furniture items due to complete negligence by the movers. Unprepared and late. Didn’t properly wrap furniture items. Do yourself a favor and choose a different company. Their customer service is horrible as well.

Midwest Moving made, what could have been, a stress event easy. I had contacted another company and they quoted an outrageous amount to move me. As soon as I contacted Midwest Moving in the evening, I promptly got a response from them. Brett, Carter and James were awesome to work with! They took such great care of my things. I have very big heavy furniture and they wrapped everything nicely and were so careful with every piece. They had a great attitude and worked like they truly liked their jobs!
Very friendly, communicative and hard-working men that work over at Midwest Moving company. I would highly recommend their services for short or Long distance moves!

the company was so easy to work with. the guys who showed up were so respectful and worked so hard. they took really good care of my things. one box got dropped and they were honest with me about it and reimbursed me for the few glasses that got broken. today was very hot and they just worked so hard to get everything done. i would definitely recommend this company!
