In their own words
Their word and business promises are LESS than one star. This was the absolute worst experience. They made it difficult to get answers when booking (to the point we had to get on the phone to insure we had the correct info) There was a couple of weeks lead time. I asked clearly about whether or not they did business here in FL since home was NY. He assured me they did and were expanding in Florida.
Hi Maria, Please accept our deepest and most sincere apologies for the frustration and stress this situation caused you and your daughter. We take full responsibility for the massive breakdown in communication and logistics during our recent expansion into Florida.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience with the team that helped move my Peloton bike. They were professional, careful, and very efficient throughout the entire process. As many Peloton owners know, the bike is heavy and requires careful handling, but they clearly knew exactly what they were doing. They disassembled what was needed, protected the bike properly, and set it up perfectly in the new space. They arrived on time, worked quickly, and treated both the equipment and the home with great care.
Hi Paula, we really appreciate the shoutout! It’s great to hear that our attention to detail made your home gym relocation feel smooth and easy from start to finish. Enjoy the new space and thanks for letting FitMovers123 handle your gym equipment moving needs!
Anthony and his team were amazing to work with. We needed a belt replaced on our treadmill. I purchased the part and they installed. Communication was excellent (actually answered the phone first time I called ;)). Immediate info was sent thru text, along with an extremely reasonable price. Once the part was delivered they came the very next morning to repair. His team is a pleasure and they weren’t even phased by our maniac loud fluffball of a dog. They cleaned up what tiny bit of dust they created.
Hi Lesley, thanks for the kind words! We're glad Anthony and the team provided quick, professional gym equipment moving and repair service. We appreciate your trust and look forward to helping again with any fitness equipment needs. :)
I’m so happy I found FitMovers. I found a treadmill online but had no way to transport it. I reached out to Anthony and couldn’t be happier with the service. He was super responsive, courteous and helpful. His price was also reasonable given what was involved. I made arrangements to have his movers meet at the sellers house in Queens and transport the treadmill to my house in Westchester. They were on time, professional, courteous and transported the treadmill without a hitch.
Thank you so much for the amazing review, Jen! We’re thrilled to hear that you had a great experience with FitMovers123. Our team strives to provide timely, professional, and courteous service for all your treadmill moving needs, and we’re glad everything went smoothly from start to finish.
