One of my boxes was missing after I finished unpacking, which took two weeks. Be sure to number your boxes when you move or some might disappear. I asked about my missing box and was told that I only had four days to file a claim. When I …
Hi M S , we‘re saddened by your 1 star review as this does not accurately reflect the kind of service we aim to provide – our reviews across all platforms can attest to this. Furthermore, without a full name or a move date we are not able to look up your move in our database to properly assess your…
Damaged the floor while moving furnitures. They should be more careful with how they move furniture and not dragging furnitures on the floor.
On 3/27/25 at around 5pm, I witnessed a serious safety concern involving one of your moving trucks. A pack and go truck came dangerously close to hitting my car. I have attached video evidence of the incident, which clearly shows reckless or negligent driving on the part of your driver. This situation could have resulted in a serious accident and I would like to know what steps your company intends to take regarding this matter. I hope to see this handled promptly and responsibly.

Pack & Go Movers are 2nd to none! They are professional, courteous, and extremely hard working. My family experienced a house fire a year ago. Crew Leader Richard, Doc, Eladio, Lance, Ruben, Sean and Eric moved us from our temporary housing, back to our home. This amazing crew of 7 arrived on time, packed up an entire 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment, and loaded a host of boxes and all our furniture onto their truck.
My pack and go experience was excellent!!! The team that helped me: Delto - Lead mover Sean Robert ...were VERY patient, careful, thoughtful, efficient and gracious with added humor needed to make the labor intensive task more bearable. Based on their work, after extremely disappointing outcomes with two other moving companies, I would highly recommend Pack and Go Movers.
We had Pack and Go Movers empty out a large storage unit for us. The unit was jam packed making it hard to see what was in there. As a result, we agreed on an hourly rate. They sent three movers, Delto, Dez and Francisco. They were very good, quick and efficient. The move was completed without incident and within the time estimate provided. We are pleased with the process and will definitely use Pack and Go Movers again. Update: We used Pack and Go for a second move.

This Tuesday I had the pleasure of having Pack and Go movers move my mother in-law. From the moment we met with Brendan the crew chief we felt at ease. Brendan came in, introduced himself did a quick assessment and formulated a plan. Within minutes Rocco and Rueben came in and executed the plan flawlessly. Boxes were packed and truck loaded. They used extreme care in doing so. The crew was polite and efficient. I hope everyone has the same experience.
