This was the worse Storage facility I ever dealt with. Your workers were quick to call about the payment but they were not quick to credit me for the week I still have left on my unit. The receipt said paid up to August 31st 3023 and today is the 23rd of August. Just remember to treat people the way you want to be treated. Just remember Gid is not sleeping and when you do bad to people it comes back to you 100% worse. I would NEVER refer and one to you guys. Your units are overpriced.

I've rented a large unit since November. I've visited 4 times, to exchange items. I guess it was my fault that I did not check the schedule. One can utilize the unit, when the office is open. This means, today, Sunday, they only open at 10.00 am, despite the fact that the attendant is in the office, at 9.25 am, and in sure it would not break his back to open the main door, since has nothing to do besides staring at the wall.

Staff is the best here besty is very understanding! But the district manager doesn’t understand customer service very cold person, made me feel awful and acted like I didn’t pay when there was banking errors! Definitely don’t recommend anyone to this place!
