Before placing my belongings into long-term storage with Oz Moving & Storage in 2023, I specifically asked whether the storage facility was climate-controlled because I intended to store valuable furniture and personal items. I was told that it was. Had I been told otherwise, I would not have chosen this facility. Later, after damage occurred, I was informed that the facility was not climate-controlled. During the nearly two years my belongings were in storage, rates increased significantly.
Oz moving and storage is good only if you are moving in the same day. I put my trust in them by leaving my furniture in their storage for over a year. Making my storage fees on time every month. When I was ready to have my things returned. I didn't unpack immediately but I felt like I didn't get everything back. When I started to unpack low and behold I had quite a few things missing. Including my deceased husband things were missing. And I noticed more things along the way were missing.
Dangerous place with low concrete beams and nails hanging right on the underbelly of the beams. Three years ago, I walked right into one and gashed my head open. Staff seemed totally unconcerned. Had I been a US citizen, they would have faced a law suit.
The place is like walking through jail there's roaches all over my things from being inside storage unit and it should be a climate controlled comfortable environment yet it was only a few degrees warmer than the outside my biggest gripe is with the bugs

Absolutely the worst moving experience with this company. If I could give them no stars I would. I should have went with another moving company. I would not recommend, take your money else where. They damaged two of my televisions and they …
Parked illegally in the wrong lot blocking the entrance to our building for over an hour. In that time, almost nothing was seemingly moved into or out of the truck. Absolute garbage company

This was the first time that I have used Oz moving and could not have been more pleased They made the process more say and stress free. They communicated throughout the process upon the actual day they were on time and efficient. The staff were friendly and again explained the process as it progressed. Oz Moving helped us relocate between two homes in Bergen County. Communication beforehand was excellent, and the movers were professional, friendly, and organized. They protected our floors, carefully handled several fragile pieces, and reassembled our furniture exactly where we wanted it. We would definitely use them again for another New Jersey move.
This is the third time I’ve Used Oz Moving in 14 years and I’ve been very pleased each time. The price is reasonable, but for me, the service sets them apart. From dealing with the office (Lamar is great) and getting a quote to lining up the move the van process is quick and easy. In moving day working with the crew Manager and team was extremely positive The crew goes above and beyond to make everything smooth and they were efficient. Hopefully I won’t need to move again for a while, but if I do, I’ll call them.

We moved a loved one with less than a weeks notice! I emailed a request for an estimate, received a reasonable quote right awa and booked it for a Sunday. We were given a one hour window for when the guys were going to arrive. They were there 5 minutes early. Super efficient and pleasant as well. Nothing was broken 😀I'm so happy with their service and highly recommend
