Was given a quote on 3 guys moving a one bedroom apartment and end up to be $500 over the quote. Very Misleading Company! Had 3 men show up at 8:45 and didn’t start working until 9 but was charged with an 8:30 start time. At $185 an hour- there is $90 more. One of the men says to me that they were late because he didn’t get to sleep until 4am so overslept. They took a couple of breaks- smoking away my money - there’s another $100! All three were very slow and complained going up and down stairs.

My sister-in-law made a reservation and paid the deposit to have the movers show up on Sunday (7/5) but they never did. We called them to get an estimated arrival time starting around 10 am and there was no answer. Finally, I sent a Facebook message around 11:30 am because I know they get dinged if they don't reply to those quickly, and they got the manager on staff to text my sister in law (no call) that they were sorry and weren't going to make it and they weren't sure what happened so she can get a refund or…

**DO NOT HIRE!!!!** Hired them to do a move and received email communication that they would arrive in the morning.THEY NEVER CAME! We tried calling for an hour to get in contact only to receive voicemail. Absolutely unprofessional and has taken the deposit. We had to scramble to find another company to move us. I repeat… DO NOT HIRE THIS SCAM COMPANY!

"From the very beginning, my experience with this business was awe-inspiring. The employees were extremely accommodating and helped us get in immediately (other companies claimed they didn't offer availability for more than a month). We were moving a piano that we purchased at the time of its previous owners house to our house. I have contacted other companies and they told me they wouldn't be able to take it on because they can't take pianos on staircase and they wouldn't want to take it up from an outside yard.
