Initial impression was good, they were very direct but got back to me with information quickly and they offer a very competitive rate. Unfortunately, they have a policy that they withheld from me until the last minute - they will not move you, if they do not have any other customers moving on your requested dates. I had to coax it out of a very rude customer service agent who suggested that "yeah, if you can find another company, just go with them". So please do your research and have back up plans.

Our international move with Flat Rate Relocation Moving Company was outstanding. Leo, who handled our initial inquiries, was professional and transparent, offering fair pricing and clear communication. On moving day, Vino, George and his team arrived on time and worked efficiently, packing our belongings with great care. Their attention to detail ensured that nothing was damaged, which was a huge relief. At the destination, the team continued the excellent service.
The absolute best experience I've had with hiring a moving company. I have done many moves both within a city and to different provinces and they were by far the best and most cost efficient! All communication was clear, professional and precise. The estimate had no hidden charges or surprise additions at the end of the move. It was exactly what they estimated. The moves both on pick up in BC and drop off in AB were punctual, professional, very friendly and above all else took great care of my belongings.

I moved from Seattle, WA to Vancouver, Canada. I am a young woman and I had basically no help. I had my hands full with handling the various moving parts of my move and was all the more stressed out since I was moving countries. That is, until Vinny and George showed up on move day. They were extremely professional, kind, and considerate. Their disposition and demeanor helped put my mind at ease and I heaved a huge sigh of relief and smiled after weeks of stress and exhaustion.

I highly recommend this mover for any cross-border move. Flat Rate handled our move from Washington State to Vancouver BC and did a great job from start to finish. In addition to being extremely knowledgeable about the process for a cross-border move and the regulatory requirements on both sides of the border, Flat Rate was also very communicative and friendly. They are reasonably priced and extremely transparent.
