Please don't work with this company. Once they got payment they don't respond you even if your furniture or Tv are broken. The worst moving experience with this company. We relocated from Sylvania< OH to Georgia. Movers are showing on time and working hard. However, I thought this company is not professional, when they dissemble electric device, furniture, did not put parts all together, some of them are missing. The big issue was with us, tv screen was broken.
Thank you for writing this review Jin. We emailed you back right away regarding the tv screen not working and the missing grill knob explaining how to file an insurance claim. When we called, you agreed you received this email, but did not notice it.
I hired this company to move me first I want to say my move was very minimal however I noticed the movers would work very slow to get more time and would talk a lot also when I quoted a price the price actually doubled after the move the company destroyed the flooring at my new place the company destroyed my furniture and when I contacted them about it I receive nothing they didn’t notify me they didn’t email me they just decided not to respond whatsoever so I would not use this company ever again and I would…
They are a rip off. Some valuables came up missing. I spoke to Josh and he was very rude not a business person. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone!!!
Hired this company to move our hot tub to a new house. The best I can say is that is that it was moved. The best I can say is that they dropped it in a ridiculous location and I had to move it myself to the final spot. Then when I get home, they had left the cover off, right before a thunderstorm. When I asked them about it, the response I got was “I thought you were going to fill it up right away.” I’ve heard other horror stories about them, but went against my better judgment because not many companies move hot…
Thank you for taking the time to write a review Rich. Not sure what horror stories your referring to. We have been in business over 20 years while assisting thousands of satisfied customers. We relocated your hot tub without any issues or problems.
The older guy was awesome but the younger guy all he did was complain that they don’t usually do this and they don’t usually do that everything they picked up was too heavy or too bulky I did, however give me a break on the last hour since they went over, but my daughter walked up in the got the younger guy had been on his phone for quite a while
I told Cameron I was not ready to commit and I terminated the call. He proceeded to call me back EIGHT TIMES, even after I stated to place me on their do not call list. I am turning them in for telephonic harassment.
Robert, you have the wrong company. Please take down this fraudulent review. We do not have telemarketers, nor have any Cameron's that work for Fox. We are a local family owned moving company based out of Toledo, OH.

Fox Relocation made my move look SO EASY! They were prompt, professional, and efficient! Their movers were very kind and got my home loaded loaded up quickly and carefully. Highly recommend!
We solicited Fox Relocation to assist us with our out of state move per multiple recommendations in a local Sylvania mom group. Making a reservation was easy and quick. Tim communicated well throughout the process. Nick and Don helped us unload our U-Pack trailer once it was delivered. They were efficient, friendly and professional. They went above beyond.
Fox was so helpful with our move. When we first contacted them, they responded quickly with a quote and offered a fair price. The team that came out was professional and handled all of our items with care. We will definitely use them again if needed in the future.
Thank you Sarah for taking your time to review us. Please think of us for any future moving needs.
My fiance and I were at a charity event early in summer 2025 and Fox had a bag in the raffle for 3 free hours of moving any time throughout the remainder of the year. Being we were in the process of buying a house, we added many of our tickets to the bag and were fortunate enough to win! With how life and closing on the house went, we were not able to move until December. I was scared due to the tight time frame we would miss out, but when I called they got me scheduled right in.
