I rarely write negative reviews. If you look at my profile, almost all of them are positive — I usually look for the good in people. That’s why this one is so disappointing to write. Jeff seemed frustrated with building management and scheduling. But instead of simply calling to clarify, he walked away and left my family stranded the day before our move. This wasn’t the first concern either. The last time I used him, a paintings went missing.

I will never use Jeffrey and his team again. He changed me $500 for 4 hours, not cheap. He was on his phone yelling at someone, complaining about some customer. It made me nervous due to my PTSD. He was on my time. I didn’t pay for that. He left a big box he said he would dump for me. He left it by the garage bin and I have to pay a fine. Totally unprofessional, he yelled at me too. He needs to get his anger under control.

I needed last minute movers after previous moving company cancelled. Jeffrey was responsive, on time, and overall very professional. He wrapped all of my valuables efficiently and organized everything in my storage unit so that 3 bedroom apt worth of furniture, decor, etc could fit. I couldn’t ask for better service! I’d highly recommend!

Where do I even begin with G.O.A.T.’s services? Moving is rarely an exciting experience. It’s often stressful, overwhelming, and exhausting but Jeff made the entire process feel so much easier. From the very beginning, I could tell he was experienced. All I had to do was tell him where I was moving and how many pieces of furniture I had, and he quickly gave me a fair and honest quote. What impressed me most was that he handled what seemed like a two-person job entirely on his own, and he did an incredible job.
We recently moved from Florida to Colorado, and choosing GOAT Movers was one of the best decisions we made. From the very beginning, Jeff was incredibly communicative and responsive. He came to our apartment the same day I called to assess our belongings and estimate the packing supplies needed. His pricing was very competitive, especially compared to larger moving companies. Jeff and his team were flexible with our schedule and accommodating to our requests. They were friendly and handled our items with care.

Absolutely incredible experience with Goat Movers! They were incredibly careful and professional throughout the entire process. I had a lot of fragile and valuable pieces, including many artworks, and they took the time to individually wrap and pack each one with serious attention to detail. Nothing was damaged or scratched, and you could tell they really knew what they were doing. They were on time, professional, and impressively efficient throughout the whole process.
