If I could give ZERO stars I would. Reserved an u-haul 4 days in advance. The pickup day arrived and as soon as I said I was in for the pickup, the store manager started calling someone who left a truck at 7AM to see if he was going to extend the contract, which in fact, he did. That left me without a rental truck and I had to be at my destination asap. Take into consideration that my pickup was at 3pm! They only offered a bigger, more expensive truck or a rental 10 miles from there. OUTRAGEOUS!
I signed up for a price of around $150 for a 10x15 unit . Every 6 months they raised the price for the storage unit without any notification… when I finally called they said “oh when you signed that was a 6month promo price” which they never explained to me when I signed. After only having the unit for a year, I was paying $267 by the end and I decided to cancel and move my things out. Do not recommend

I had a great experience with Value Store It Self Storage in Weston. The facility is extremely clean, well-maintained, and feels very secure.
