Not professional at all!! The manager at this office is inexperienced and rude. He does not represent the company well. Ladies working reception do not have any customer service skills.
Once again, let down. It took over 3 hours after having an appointment to be seen. It was the end of the day. Shop closed had to order parts. Described in detail of problems. They went to work on it, we stayed at a hotel for 2 nights and we're never called by the shop that our Truck was ready to go. So the next day we find out it's ready by our DM. Pick it up and soon discover that the biggest problem was not repaired. This happened after we we're underway to CT. So what did they really do???
The trucker was tailgating me on 99 in the rain. With cars in front of me so i couldnt go faster or move but the driver could have definitely not have driven as fast as he was going because he slowed down when there was a police but speed …
