I have never encountered people who are so money hungry. They wanted to add extra charges for no known reason. And forget talking to the managers at this site. They don’t care!
Returned rental equipment today around 5 :00 pm guy at the receiving platform with ponytail hair was rude. Very unprofessional.
I had a very frustrating experience with U-Haul. I was quoted $100 for a delivery that was only about 10 minutes away, which already felt unreasonable. I tried to explain my situation—that I’m a single parent, struggling to even come up with the shipping cost, but they didn’t want to be human about the situation. There was no flexibility or understanding shown.
Dealing with customer service here was beyond frustrating. It felt like no one had the authority (or willingness) to actually solve anything. Even the manager couldn’t help.. which says a lot. If you're expecting support or basic professionalism, you're better off looking elsewhere.
Absolutely garbage and unreliable. I booked both a storage unit and a 20 ft uhaul truck. Both times I was canceled on due to a lack of availability. Here's a news flash uhaul, how about not allow customers to book services YOU CANNOT …
Yesterday evening i was here to pick up u haul the guy whose on counter very rude he does not know how to behave with customer.

Staff was very helpful, they were very quick to help me move in ,they even took time to help me move a very heavy armor to a upper unit. They are very friendly and keep the place very clean, I would highly recommend renting from them if you want the friendliest and cleanest place to keep your belongings

So pretty much everything's perfect. However, the return process was atrocious. It took me about an hour to get the return done.And my biggest issue was, I finally get the return.Actually, work figure that out, I get through step one, then the step two, it then resets me back to step one.It took me about twelve to twenty attempts to finally figure out I have to back space after it takes me back to step 12 get to step three
