These guys are straight up scammers. Was told I had to pay an additional month, when I called to move out after I had only been there for less than a month. I agreed. Then I was ASSURED over the phone that my account was closed out by the guy on the phone. They asked me to take a picture but I told them I was not there so he said he would check the cameras IN THE MORNING. That's the scam part. He did not check and the continued to bill me for a 3rd time and where set up to bill me a 4th.

I had them for a few days after shopping around them seem affordable after being misleading on their Facebook marketplace climate controlled and pictures taken of the outside units. I went there everything was inside in cage link fencing. It was done over the phone when I got there I said nah I can't use this. Austin is the guy who I dealt with saying he'll fix it after months of getting charged. I got one month back calling him no answer no reply but when he wanted after I said I was going to write a review.

Liars and scam artists want to charge every two weeks for a monthly payment. Call to try and get clarity get glad handed lied to and give every assurance in the world and in two weeks bam!! They want another month month after month. Everyone from management to the lowest employee. Can’t even get auto pay right after reducing my wife to tears with lies and fraudulent practices I will not ever recommend in fact Run!! Spend the extra $$$ somewhere else where at least they’re truthful and competent.

I have a 2021 Robalo boat I wanted to store out of the sun and away from dust normally found at an open storage facility. When i picked up my boat I found the boat was full of rust pieces from the ceiling beam along with rust spots on my boat. I called on 4 different occassions to see if the owner could correct this problem. I never received a return call but on subsequent calls the facility manager said the owners are looking into it.

I pay my bill every month, and he manages to screw it up every month. I have had to take in bank statements multiple times and he argues about it. He changes the price each month (sometimes its $20 and sometimes $30). I tried to online bank with him and he screws that up too. Im so frustrated that Im leaving now!

Really sketchy business practices, they confirmed with me the move out date and then charged me for additional months afterwards. Indefensible behavior by a business - I hope others avoid working with them at all costs unless you’re prepared to pay triple what you expected to pay.

We have been trying to get ahold of someone for move out but of course they ignore us to get more money from us. You can’t even get a real person anymore. We got charged for an extra month that we weren’t there because no one would get back …

Charged me an extra month after I already cleared out my storage unit and told them to cancle my unit out and has been ignoring me ever since. Very sketchy...I would NOT recommend using them.
