The rating breakdown
Google shows 19 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. 1 of those is one or two star.
Google’s published star breakdown
| Rating | Distribution | Count | Share |
|---|---|---|---|
| 5 star | 16 | 84.2% | |
| 4 star | 2 | 10.5% | |
| 3 star | 0 | 0% | |
| 2 star | 0 | 0% | |
| 1 star | 1 | 5.3% |
Counts as published by Google in its star breakdown, not the reviews we have read. Google also publishes a review count, which does not always match this total. Each row is rounded on its own, so the shares need not add to exactly 100%.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
Very responsive company with great communication skills! I had my furniture in the POD PUP for about 10 months. They are sealed tight and not one sign of water and there was no bugs either! I would definitely use them again as well as recommend them to anyone I know!
Thank you for the great review Scott! We invested in the highest quality mobile storage units in the industry that are engineered to protect your things from the elements and it makes us proud when customers notice. … More
Ordered a POD through Amy who was so helpful and professional. It was delivered by Cameron who was awesome at getting the pod exactly where I needed it. I will recommend them to anyone I know in need of moving PODs and storage
Thank you for the 5-star review Rodney and for any future referrals! Amy has proved to be one of the best reps in the business and I will pass along your kudos. It's great that your delivery went well.
StoragePup did everything in their power to get me a climate controlled unit on such short notice, and they succeeded! - they even ended up being able to deliver it a day early. They also picked up the next day after I was finished with it which was wonderful to have my driveway back so quickly. I definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a storage unit as having the storage at home was so much more convenient than a traditional storage unit offsite. THANK YOU!
We are happy to hear you had a great experience and we appreciate your business. Mobile storage is a convenient way to store your items and to have your items on-site at your home or business to access at any time by walking out your door is one of the best benefits. Thanks for the review!
These guys really came through for us! We were in need of SAME day service in Vero Beach and they provided outstanding service! We would highly recommend them!
Thank you Shannon for the 5 star review. We are so happy to hear that you were pleased with our services and we were able to meet your storage needs. Please let us know if we can ever help you in the future.
