In response to your response Kyle, the items not packed that were left behind by your movers were way too large to pack, like floor lamps, vacuums, large steam cleaners, large area rug etc. If these large items were supposed to be packed, then should I have packed my two large television sets, bed, mattress, dressers, mirrors, end tables, grandfather clock etc? We were not offered no walk through to check to see if all items were moved!
We are sorry to hear you were not happy with our service. We tried to reach out and discuss these issues with you. There were several reasons the move went this way. I will not list those out of respect for your privacy.
Horrible moving wouldn’t recommend to anyone, lack of customer service experience and very rude people. Don’t waste your money on this moving company
The price was changed at the time of the move. Was quoted a much lower price and had given a deposit based on the price I was given. It turned to cost me three times that amount. Please don’t use this movers . Is a scam. Make sure the estimate is done with a visual in house estimate.
We have no record of moving you. We are based in Michigan, there are moving companies in other states with similar names. Based on other reviews you've left I'm guessing that's what happened here. Please double check who this review is intended for. Thank you.
Terrible service. 2 workers showed up to move a one bedroom 3rd floor apartment to a first floor unit. They would move one box down the stairs, then would need a break every single time. In the entire 3 hour move, at least 1 hour was spent …
We had a 3 hour minimum charge for this job and completed in that time frame. So I'm not sure what the problem is. There were many loose items and open boxes. These items take more time to secure in the truck for transit.
They moved our stuff back in March and it was the worst experience ever. They cracked one of our kitchen chairs, broke the wheel on my daughter’s high …
This review is for a different company. We are based in Michigan. We are General Movers. There are other companies outside of michigan with similar names. We have not had to swap trucks on a job in several years. We do not have your name in our clientele list either.

The real MVPs were Danny and JC. They handled my move on July 1st during a major heat wave, and they were absolute workhorses. What impressed me the most was their attention to detail—not a single scratch or dent on anything.
