Worst moving company ever! The so called “manager” is very unprofessional & childish! I called to complain about his movers and what they did to our furniture & his whole attitude while talking with him was so nonchalant, like he didn’t care. I told him the money that we paid for our move none of our furniture should’ve been broken, scratched or dropped!
Hello, I really had a horribly bad experience with this shitty reasonable moving services, I will never ever recommend to anyone take their services they give you specific time frame to load if for some reason its delayed they will leave …
Stay away from these guys! The owner got absolutely no integrity and will find any damn excuse just for an extra buck. Our original agreement was I needed only 2 man crew for 2 hours. I explicitly mentioned I need movers only for two hours and anything left behind after 2 hours mark is my responsibility for which he agreed. However, he sent 3 man crew with an excuse that he didn’t know how much stuff I got. We debated but I agreed to pay for 3 man 3 hour since it’s their minimum.
Showed up to my residence with junk already in the truck. One of the movers who had glasses on suggested to flip my refrigerator upside down to try to get it out the door. Was told the day of the move that there is a disconnect fee. The owner didn't mention when I scheduled my appointment informing him that I had a washer and dryer to move. They damage the steps and the hand rail leading to the front doorway from placing the ramp incorrectly.
I would avoid using this "company". I had booked them for a 4 bedroom move a couple months ago. Window was 9AM to 11AM as he called to confirm yesterday, they show up at 10:45AM today with a short $19.99 U-Haul box truck. When I called, he said you don't get the big truck for that price, I told him what he quoted me, and said, "Oh, sorry, that truck is out, can you do tomorrow?". I called Flex Moving, they are sending 4 guys and 3 trucks in 2 hours for less money.
I booked a move from my storage unit to a new apartment, the movers were about an Hour late, but really nice , they also broke a very large mirror and left 2 beds in my storage unit that I later had to pay someone else to move for me , I reached out to dispatch and communicated this to them and was told they would reach back out when they could fit in a time to go pick up the items but I never heard from them again , the pricing does not quite match the service .
Hired this company to just move some bigger pieces 10 mins away. Multiple items had minor damage. Phoned the owner to just get the run around and never followed up with a resolution. I was only disputing 1 of the items but I will post pics of all th items with minor damage, several denting in the furniture from the dolly. Also, paid cash but up charged me with the credit card rate. Again, no attempt to make it right!
As soon as this people get payment, they don't care about customers. They moved a sofa from upstairs and left in front of house even( truck was full is their excuse) though I asked them to move the sofa to my backyard for city people to pick up. They also gave excuse that they are running out of time. I don’t recommend this for moving services. Bed customer services

Hi I reached out to reasonable movers over the weekend. I needed an early in out apartment in Westland move out and delivery of furniture to home. They arrived, packed everything up and moved it onto truck carefully and quickly. Once at the delivery site, they moved the couch, bed, table, small frig and ottoman quickly. In and right out. Professional. Quick. Reasonably priced. Two men and a truck quoted online $800. Whoah!!! Nice guys. Thank you for taking care of me and not charging me ridiculous amount.
Very helpful, competitive costs, easy pay, and on time. I didn’t know they don’t move unboxed items (TV, small appliances, etc) so I had to move them myself so be aware of that. Minor inconvenience but still a good move for the money spent. Done in 3 hours for a one bedroom apartment. Would recommend
True to the name! Reasonable movers made my moving day very easy! Reasonably priced, worked efficiently to get the job done quickly, and great communication. Thank you Miles and his coworker ( didn’t catch his name).
Guys were just a few late getting there to my place but once they did what a great way to wow me. In the little bit of short time I wanted to moved the job got done by these great set of men. I had a feeling something was going to happen to my daughters bed and sure enough there was but I have to give the guys a little credit that they tried and did ok but the bed wasn’t done fully and they had spent a little longer not much of their time to try and figure it out but no luck.
