I recently engaged Personal Touch for my relocation, and regrettably, the experience was unsatisfactory. I am typically reluctant to write negative reviews, but during the move, I observed that my furniture was not handled with the care I expected. Despite my repeated requests for caution, I did not see the movers cover my furniture adequately. The most concerning issue arose when I discovered damage to several pieces of furniture.
I asked for a 2 man crew. They sent 3 and charged for 3. They were done in less than 3 hours but charged for 4. They also stole a painting and medicine. In a fair world they would be executed for lying. Congrats to them; its not a fair world.

I have been in business for 21 years and this is the first bad review I have ever received from someone who is not even a customer of mine. Michelle Behm was worried about her sofa getting damaged. My crew wrapped her sofa with quilted pads instead of shrink wrap to better protect her sofa.
We hired Personal Touch Movers to relocate us from Michigan to FL. Unfortunately they damanged one of our only nice pieces of furniture and refuse to handle it with professionalism. We didn't have many items (mostly boxes), and they charged a premium. Normally, you get what you pay for! Very upsetting that our wedding gift was ruined during this move.

We cannot recommend Personal Touch Movers in Oxford, Michigan highly enough! They turned what we thought was going to be an extremely complicated interstate move into a smooth, stress-free experience. Our move had a unique challenge. We had to move out of our Michigan home on March 23 but couldn't move into our new home in South Carolina until April 23.

Personal Touch Moving provide us a great service. They moved our belongs across the country.
